In this webinar, in Portuguese, Maria João Filipe, senior technician at IPDJ, I.P., where she is part of the working groups “Gender Equality in Sport” and “Protection of Children and Youth in Sport” and national co-coordinator of the joint Council of Europe and EU project “All IN Plus: Promoting Greater Gender Equality in Sport to raise awareness of the ongoing disparities between women and men in the world of sports”, and Isabel Filipe Cruz, senior technician at the Commission for Citizenship and Gender Equality (CIG), where she oversees the areas of education, sport, and youth and in 2022 was part of the Working Group on Public Policies on Equality in Sport, discussed the public policy instruments that coordinate efforts to promote Gender Equality in Sports in Portugal. They also presented and discussed the most recent data collected under the “All In Plus” project on gender equality and sports in Portugal.
